The Seller and the Customer are hereinafter referred to individually as the “ Party ” and collectively as the “ Parties ”.

Article 1 – Purpose

The purpose of these General Conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the Parties in the context of the online sale of products and services by the Seller to the Customer.

Article 2 – Products and services

The products and services offered for sale by the Seller are those which appear on the website.

The products and services are described in detail on the website. The Seller undertakes to take the greatest care in describing the products and services.

Article 3 – Price

Prices for products and services are indicated in Canadian dollars (CAD) plus provincial and federal taxes (GST/QST).

The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

Article 4 – Order

The Customer can place an order on the website by following the following steps:

• Choose the desired product or service;
• Add the product or service to the cart;
• Validate the basket;
• Enter your personal and delivery information;
• Choose the payment method;
• Accept the General Conditions;
• Validate the order.

The Customer then receives an order confirmation email.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment for products and services is made online by credit card via a secure payment system.

The following bank cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

Article 6 – Delivery

The products and services are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when ordering.

The delivery time is indicated on the website for each product or service.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal

The Customer has 14 days to withdraw from his order, without having to provide reasons.

The withdrawal period starts from the day the product or service is received by the Customer.

To exercise his right of withdrawal, the Customer must send the Seller an e-mail to the address corporevolution@gmail.com

The Customer must return the product or service to the Seller within 14 days of notification of withdrawal.

Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

Article 8 – Reimbursement

The Seller will refund the Customer the full amount of the order, including delivery costs, within 14 days of receipt of the returned product or service.

Article 9 – Warranty

Products and services are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or service by the Customer.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, the Customer may contact the Seller by email at corporevolution@gmail.com

The Seller undertakes to replace the defective product or service as soon as possible.

Article 10 – Liability

The Seller is responsible for the proper execution of the order.

The Seller cannot be held responsible for indirect damages caused by the use of the products and services.

Article 11 – Intellectual property

All elements of the website, including brands, logos, images, texts and videos, are protected by intellectual property law.

The Customer undertakes not to reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or disseminate any element of the website without the express authorization of the Seller.
