General conditions of sale
The Seller and the Customer are hereinafter referred to individually as the "Party" and collectively as the "Parties".
Article 1 - Purpose
The purpose of these General Conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the Parties in the context of the online sale of products and services by the Seller to the Customer.
Article 2 - Products and services

The products and services are described in detail on the website. The Seller undertakes to take the greatest care in the description of the products and services.
Article 3 - Price
The prices of the products and services are indicated in Canadian dollars (CAD) with which provincial and federal taxes (GST / QST) are added.
The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
Article 4 - Order
The Customer can place an order on the website by following the following steps :

Validate the cart ;
Fill in your personal and delivery information ;
Choose the payment method ;
Accept the General Conditions ;
Validate the order.
The Customer then receives an order confirmation e-mail.
Article 5 - Payment
Payment for products and services is made online by credit card via a secure payment system.
The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners club, Apple pay, Interac.
Article 6 - Delivery
The products and services are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when ordering.
The delivery time is indicated on the website for each product or service.
Article 7 - Right of withdrawal
The Customer has a period of 14 days to withdraw from his order, without having to justify any reasons.
The withdrawal period runs from the day of receipt of the product or service by the Customer.
To exercise his right of withdrawal, the Customer must send the Seller an e-mail to the address contact@corporevolution.com
The Customer must return the product or service to the Seller within 14 days of notification of his withdrawal.
The return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Article 8 - Liability
The Seller is responsible for the proper execution of the order.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for indirect damage caused by the use of products and services.
